The Main St. Depot is an exceptional restaurant with an excellent menu and a comfortable atmosphere. The Depot's staff is polite and the service is quick. The menu carries a complete selection of dishes, ranging from chicken to red meat to fish. The restaurant also has a great selection of wine and a wonderful salad bar, and if you think this review is short, you'll find your waiting time at the Depot to be even shorter. I recommend the filet mignon, the view of the city and the river from the upper dining room, and calling ahead for reservations, as the Depot can be busy.

The Candlelight Inn's parking lot is rather misleading, for even when it appears completely packed, the Inn's seating capacity is far larger than the capacity of the lot. The interior of the restaurant possesses a warm and inviting atmosphere that is greatly enhanced by fireplaces and many recent paintings. The menu features a wide range of foods from pasta to red meat, and not only does the kitchen staff take special orders well, but they also know how to really cook a potato. The waiters are quick, knowledgeable, and well-mannered. An ample selection of wines is carried by the restaurant; I recommend the house white wine, although the restaurant also carries both California and French whites, as well as a few quality Spanish and Italian reds.
